As a licensed dietitian and educator with over 20 years of experience helping people live healthier lives, I am dedicated to providing excellent, evidence-based care while shaping the next generation of nutrition professionals.
Currently, I supervise our team of Master-level interns while managing a diverse clinical scope. My expertise spans from weight loss, GLP-1 therapy support, and bariatric surgery nutrition to diabetes management, and childhood nutrition. My goal is to deliver collaborative care that honors both physical health and mental well-being and allows me to ensure that our patients receive thoughtful guidance rooted in decades of experience.

Brooke Zalewski, MScN, CN, MASC, Nutrition intern
Brooke brings a background in counseling and experience with her own health journey to her career in nutrition. She aims to create a non-judgmental space where clients can explore their relationship with food and find balance. She believes nutrition should feel approachable, realistic, and individualized, with food serving as a source of nourishment, connection, and joy.
Her specialties include gluten-related conditions, food allergies and intolerances, pre-conception, prenatal and postpartum nutrition, gestational diabetes, and adolescent wellness. Brooke takes a food-first, science-backed approach to care, helping individuals and families build sustainable habits that support both mind and body while working toward their unique wellness goals.

Michelle Bilodeau, MScN, Nutrition intern
Michelle has intently supported people with nutrition for the past 4 years. Her path to nutrition was inspired by her own healing journey which has forged a deep appreciation for the power of food as medicine.
She strives to create a safe space to explore the often complex relationship with food while gently coaching her patients through the everyday barriers to healthful living. Her mission is to empower those she works with by sharing her nutrition knowledge and connecting the relationship between food and our bodies/disease states. Michelle’s specialities include; gut health including SIBO, Crohn’s disease, Prenatal/postpartum nutrition, PCOS, autoimmune disorders and adolescent wellness.
