Please check your individual benefits before your visit by asking about coverage for Medical Nutrition Therapy, CPT billing code, 97802/97803.
What if I am out of network or don’t have health insurance or my insurance doesn’t cover your services? If you have health insurance and we are out of network you can pay out of pocket at the time of the visit and we can provide you a Superbill to submit to your health insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Cash Pay: $150 first visit, $100 follow-up visit
